You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address provided on request.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Earrings (hygiene)
For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival. If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll help right away.
Handmade variations
Each piece is handmade, so small variations in finish, texture, and colour may occur. These natural differences are part of the handmade process and aren’t considered a fault. Natural stones are used, which also may have variations in colour or texture, these are also not faults, but natural variation.
Materials & allergy note
We list materials used in each product description. If you have metal allergies or sensitive skin, please check the materials carefully before purchasing. We can’t accept responsibility for allergic reactions.
Wear, tarnishing & care
To keep your jewellery looking its best, please follow our care guidance. Normal wear and tear, tarnishing/oxidation, scratches, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care aren’t classed as faults.
Faulty/damaged items process
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Returning items safely
Returns must be unworn and in their original packaging to protect them in transit. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Materials & plating (important)
Our jewellery is made using sterling silver and silver-plated/gold-plated components (see each listing for details). Plated jewellery has a thin outer layer which can naturally wear over time, especially with frequent wear or friction—this is normal and isn’t considered a fault.
Allergy / skin sensitivity
If you have sensitive skin or metal allergies, please check the materials listed before ordering. While we take care to describe items accurately, we can’t guarantee suitability for every individual and can’t accept responsibility for allergic reactions.
Care to reduce tarnish/wear
To help your jewellery last longer: avoid water, perfume, lotions and cleaning products; remove before showering/swimming/exercising; store dry (ideally in a pouch/box). Tarnishing and plating wear are not faults and won’t be covered as defective items.
